Newport Life Magazine is a lifestyle magazine dedicated to covering Greater Newport County. From Aquidneck Island and Conanicut Island, to Tiverton, Little Compton, Bristol and Warren, Newport Life aims to capture and showcase all that makes these communities unique, from their people and places, restaurants and museums, seasonal happenings and so much more.
The magazine was first printed in 1993, and relaunched in summer 2022, and is designed to linger on a coffee table or be passed from friend to friend. It prints six times a year, bi-monthly, with a weekly e-newsletter distributed every Friday morning.
Katelyn has lived in Newport County for 25 years and is excited to lead the publication as its new Publisher. Early in her career, Katelyn worked for local publications, including Newport Life Magazine, The Newport Daily News and the Newport Mercury. She’s looking forward to ushering the magazine into its next era.

Helena has lived in Newport County for 35 years and is excited to lead the publication as a veteran journalist of the area. Her career began in the newsroom of The Newport Daily News, where she worked from 2011-2018. More recently, she’s worked as a freelance writer and editor, crafting stories for many local publications, including Newport Life. Helena is a lifelong resident of Aquidneck Island, and Newport has been home for the past ten years. She’s thrilled to join the magazine team as Managing Editor and looks forward to highlighting stories from and about the community.

Brennan is a recent graduate of the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a lifelong resident of Middletown. She’s happy to be back on the island and expanding the magazine’s digital storytelling and community reach.
