In honor of Earth Day, we will discuss different ways you can select wines that have less of an environmental impact. This includes not only wine-growing aspects like pesticide use and regenerative farming, but also topics like alternative packaging and corks versus caps. As each topic is discussed, we will taste a wine made or packaged using that approach.
Registration is required. Class size is limited to 12.
