Find peace and tranquility in the new year through meditation. These five sessions blend both guided and silent meditations in each offering. Inspired by the various teachings and practices of Jon Kabat-Zinn, Thich Naht Hahn, Pema Chodron, this program is open to all levels from beginners to experienced practitioners. You can be seated in a chair or on the floor depending on your preference.
Format:
5- 10 minute – Introductions
20 – 30 minutes – Guided meditation
10-20 minutes – Silent meditation
5-10 minutes – Integration/discussion
