Join the Newport Historical Society for an Open House in celebration of the launch of the Newport: A Concise History book and the remodeling of our Museum Shop.

Over the winter the Newport Historical Society staff finalized their edits of Newport: A Concise History and began the remodel and remerchandising of the Museum Shop at the Brick Market and we are excited to celebrate both of these accomplishments with you.

This will be a free event with a complimentary reception of snacks and beverages provided by Stoneacre Brasserie and Greenvale Vineyards. All guests will get early access to purchase Newport: A Concise History before it is released in stores, have the opportunity to chat with the authors, explore the museum on the second floor, and interact with a living historian.

Feel free to stay the whole night or come and go as you please. Doors open at 6pm and the event ends at 8pm.
