New gardens are planned along the stone wall next to the new North Road bicycle path. Next Spring there will be numerous daffodils and a bench provided by the Quononquott Garden Club. A butterfly garden composed of milkweed will be planted at Beavertail for the Monarch Butterflies that flock there in the early Fall. Thank you for supporting our civic beautification efforts by attending our 75th Anniversary Garden Tour. Mrs. Hiram Eliason and Mrs. Arthur Clark founded the club in September 1949.
