On Thursdays from 5 PM to 7:00 PM, The Newport Artists Collective, in collaboration with The Brenton Hotel, 31 America’s Cup Avenue, hosts a weekly Art Salon Series.

The Art Tour would begin around 6:00 on the First Thursday of every month (except for July and October). The Art Trolley would pick up patrons from Perrotti Park (adjacent to the Brenton Hotel) and courier people to the participating galleries.

OVERVIEW:

“Since 2001, art enthusiasts have enjoyed Newport’s participating galleries during a special evening just for them. The art trolley, part of the Salon Series at the Brenton Hotel, showcases support for Newport’s flourishing art scene. Join us on the first Thursday of each month to explore the work of 12+ galleries, museums, and cultural institutions open from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. You can also visit over 40+ galleries during regular gallery hours.”

Catch the Newport Art Trolley starting at 6:00 PM at Perrotti Park.

Explore fine art galleries open late, observe artists at work in their studios, visit museum exhibitions, attend special lectures, take free tours around Newport, and wander through the historic neighborhoods.
